Writing Club has started its own website for the student body to gain knowledge on writing club and tips to improve writing.
The site has already been shared with the public and can be opened under the Google Site tab. The site is titled WritingClub14.
With Writing Club beginning to blossom over the course of the year and showing growth in attendance, It continues to find ways to improve and reach out to students in the form of a website.
Anyone can access this website and it is available at anytime.
With about 15 members per meeting, Writing Club is making each meeting engaging and stimulating for each individual. The introduction of the website will help individuals become more independent and comfortable with their own writings “I think [the three officers] have proven that writing is only strengthened/enhanced when an even bigger community of people come to celebrate and critique it.” said Mrs. McGuire, the club sponsor. “The club has become a hub of creativity and imagination.”
Along with writing tips, prompts, and monthly agendas; the website offers the writers a place to publish writings of their own. To be published, the individual simply needs to email it to one of the Writing Club officers.
