After defeating Covenant Christian, 3-0, on Wednesday’s semifinal game, the boys soccer team will take on Catholic rival Andrean Saturday afternoon at 2:00 for the sectional championship. The Warriors fell to the 59-ers on Sept. 30, 2-4, when a hat trick pulled Andrean on top.

  “I expect my team to give it their all [in the championship game] and by doing that I hope we win,” said senior captain Aaron Garza. “To prepare for the game, I’ll read bible passages and listen to my warm up playlist on my phone and my team will pray once we get on the field.”
