The lady warriors are on a hot streak and have their heads high as they enter into their first regional for the class 2A state basketball tournament. With a big win over the Whiting Oilers to capture the 2014 sectional plaque, the lady warriors are ready to play the number two top scoring ranked team in all of class 2A in the state of Indiana, Fort Wayne Canterbury. We can expect a low scoring game however, because just as the opposing team, the lady warriors are ranked number two for allowing the fewest amount of points scored per game and having one of the best defenses in all of the state of Indiana. It will be the lady warriors tough defense vs the lady cavaliers aggressive offense. We can expect a very competitive game played between these two high ranked teams this Saturday down in Rensselaer Indiana. The winner will go on to face the winner of the Winamac vs Westview game later on that night to decide who will be crowned the regional champions and bring home the plaque and advance to semi-state game held at either Crown Point or Warsaw.
