Renovations of the old cooking lab took place over the summer, extending the current weight room to twice the size it was last year. According to new athletic director Tim Feddeler, the weight room, which was paid for by donations, was renovated to not only provide state-of-the-art training for Noll’s athletic teams, but also to help students and staff stay fit.
Beside the extended space, more weights, weight lifting machines and air conditioning all highlight the list of renovations. Feddeler says that flat-screen televisions will be the final addition to complete the renovation this year.
The weight room is open after school hours to all students with supervision. Feddeler plans to create a schedule for team use in the future.
