Also many of the players lack experience, it is a work is progress.
Carl Johnson plays left wing in his first year of organized hockey at Bishop Noll. Carl says he would like to have more chemistry with the non-Noll players. Carl has played other sports with team members, which helps with chemistry.
Mark Sullivan plays left forward, he played for two years in grade school when he was around 7 and 8 years old at Homewood Flossmoor ice arena. Mark has played other sports with players of the team. Speaking about the chemistry of the team, Mark says, “ It helps because even though I have never played hockey with these team members, I have played on other teams with them, so there is some continuity from past experiences in those other sports.”
Brad Hurtig plays right wing in his first year of organized hockey. Brad has played other sports with his hockey team mates. “We all play well together. It’s a great group of guys and we all enjoy playing the game. Even though all of our skill sets are not the same, we have fun and compete.” says Hurtig.
Cody Kaminski plays right wing in his second year of hockey. Outside of hockey, Cody has played in other sports with his current hockey team mates. “We all have a good time on and off the ice.” says Kaminski, “Going forward, I think the team chemistry will improve if we focus on the common goal of doing our best, of trusting each other, of going out there for 42 minutes and playing hard.”
Evan Pierce plays left wing for the Bishop Noll hockey team. Evan has been playing a year of pond hockey along with street with current teammates.
